Required Business Standards

  • Arrive to all events and appointments 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time

  • Must be setup + ready to take clients by the scheduled start time

  • Look Professional

    • Hair Styled

    • Makeup finished

    • Manicured Nails (Polish not required, but clean manicured nails)

    • Plain Neutral top with jeans + professional shoes

  • No phone calls, or texts during an appointment or event

  • Listen + speak positively

  • Decline any alcoholic beverages

Automatic Dismissal

 

The following issues are considered zero-tolerance and grounds for immediate dismissal:

​

  • Missing an event

  • Treating clients or artist with disrespect

  • Stealing

  • unethical behavior

  • acquiring clients' contact information and Marketing to clients for services KV Beauty offers

Dress Code

Black is boring and "trendy" clothes

are just NOT professional.

 

Let's say hello to Neutrals this season!

 

Keep your attire business casual with:

​

  • Plain neutrals

  • No graphic tees

  • No busy prints

  • No solid white outfits

 

We want to "blend" into brides' photos​

Compensation

​

  • Artist will be paid for services, Mileage and Tips

  • Travel is calculated at the standard IRS mileage rate from the KV Beauty studio to the event location

  • payment are sent via bank transfer or venmo no later than the Monday following events

​

Must provide pictures of clients serviced prior to payment submission

​

 

Kit Requirements and Sanitaion

Touch-up kits are now required for all appointments.

​

Bride and In studio appointments - will get a "touch up kit"

attendees at wedding - will get a lipstick sample

​​

touch up Kit should include:

  • Powder Puff

  • Touch up lipstick container

  • makeup remover wipe

  • 2-4 oil blotting papers

  • KV Beauty QR Code (Please request a stack to keep in your kit)

Social Media

My goal this year is to GROW our Instagram following and build your portfolios online.

To do this, please hand out our QR codes with the link to IG and Pinterest.
