Salisbury steak Recipe

For all you meat & potato lovers out there, this ones for you.


Pair the steaks with a roasted veggie and some potatoes. I like mashed or oven roasted baby reds (a little healthier)





















Ingredients

1/2 onion

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1.25 lbs ground been

1 clove garlic

2 eggs

2 tbs ketchup

1 tsp Worcestershire

2 tsp dijon mustard


Gravy Ingredients

1 tbs olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

1/2 onion

8 oz mushrooms

2 tbs butter

2 tbs flood

2 cup beef stock

1 cup water

2 tsp dijon mustard

2 tsp Worcestershire


Directions

1) Grate onion and soak breadcrumb juices

2) Add remaining ingredients and hand mix

3) Add oil to skillet and cook patties 2 min per side and remove. *they won’t be cooked!

4) Add butter and onion and cook for 203 min

5) Add mushrooms and cook until tender

6) Add flood and beef broth, mix until dissolved

7) Add remaining gravy ingredients and mix

8) Add patties and cook on medium until gravy thickens and patties are cooked.
